As a queer man, I’ve found it incredibly challenging to show up as my authentic self and feel comfortable and confident moving about the world. I realized that even though I came out a long time ago and I’m super proud of my sexual identity, the years of self-shaming and performing in order to feel accepted and loved didn’t go away once I was out of the closet. Instead, layers of internalized homophobia were left behind, much of it unconsciously. This self-hatred and judgment continued to limit me, prevent me from achieving my goals, and left me with feelings of worthlessness and anxiety. Doing intentional work on my homophobia has allowed me to embrace and love who I am, treat other queer people better and allowed me to acknowledge my power, and start taking action to actually achieve my goals.
I want to support other queer people in dismantling their own internalized homophobia. I have created a course that will take it apart layer by layer, give you language around how to understand it, and ultimately free you from it. In this course, you will unpack your shame, identify the areas of fear and judgment in yourself and others, learn tools on how to transform your deepest unconscious beliefs, and practice how to stop performing in all areas of your life. By the end of the course, you will feel free to express yourself more fully and embrace your queerness as your superpower. You will expand your own definitions of what it means to be gay/queer and feel more open to creating relationships with other queer people.
6 session course is $750.
